Bishops Castle Town Football Club play in the Montgomeryshire Amateur League
Mark Jones will manage the team for the 2009/10 season asssisted by
Jimmy Ellis.

The Senior side play in the JT Hughes Montgomery League Division One and Junior Sides at Under 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13,14 and 15's which play in the Mid and North Powys Area with Under 8 playing in the Shropshire League.
This means that we have between 90 and 110 young players currently in training !!
The Clubs base for matches is at The Community College, Bishops Castle and The Primary School, Oak Meadow, Bishops Castle for the Junior Sides.
The base for post match hospitality is the Boars Head in Church Street, Bishops Castle.
The Club is actively encouraging the Creation of a Sports Union for Bishops Castle that would allow all of its teams to play on one site along with associated Changing Facilities and Training areas and Indoor Halls. We are in Partnership on this project with other Sporting Clubs and South Shropshire District Council and Shropshire County Council.
The Club has appointed Simon Palmer to oversee the achieving of Charter Mark Status.

The very happy Bishops Castle side who just recently brought the Castle Cup back home with a thrilling 4-3 win over local rivals Churchstoke.
